MPC is a professional services business whose team is made up of engineering, drafting and business services professionals.

Our team are all dedicated individuals who aren’t afraid of hard work and do enjoy a challenge!

Some key features of our team are;

• Derek has over 28 years’ experience and currently specialises in schools, healthcare, clubs and large residential and commercial multi-storey developments.
• Ben has over 23 years’ experience and along with being our Technical Director and Engineering Manager, specialises in heritage, equine studs, expert witness, engineering services to Newcastle Council, and technical challenges!
• Matt has over 15 years’ experience and specialises in aged care, high end apartments, providing engineering services to Councils, residential and commercial projects.
• Gary has over 25 years’ experience, has worked with MPC since his Diploma and oversees the majority of MPC’s drafting workload
• Richard has significant drafting experience with over 20 years in the industry. He was part of the first team in Australia to do a bridge project in Revit, in which he built his own parametric elements. 
• Christine has over 33 years’ experience in drafting and design and brings her breadth of experience to our team.
• Chris has been with MPC for 13 years’ since finishing TAFE and turns up to work as a change from playing in techno punk rock bands!

Added to our exceptional coffee machine and well stocked kitchen, providing breakfasts, lunches and snacks, MPC now also has a staff lunch room, some breakout spaces containing lounges and stand up desks for our team to enjoy looking over Foreshore Park and the supercars race track!

All to encourage and help our staff to be mindful of work life balance.

Finally, MPC are a family friendly workplace where the office is usually empty by 5.30pm and staff are provided the necessary equipment and IT connections to work from home, if required, after family evening routines.
