The development comprised:
- New 2 storey Villa/Apartments surrounded by a 480m continuous pool
- Refurbishment of existing single and 2 storey apartments and commercial premises
Challenge Faced / Engineering Problem Solved:
- Variable soil conditions subject the differential settlement
- Large stormwater detention volumes required and achieved by utilising Atlantis Cell chambers for infiltration of stormwater
- High corrosivity due to coastal exposure
