The development comprised two linked apartment buildings:

• Building 1: 8 Storey apartments + 2 Storey underground carparking
• Building 2: 16 Storey apartments + 4 Storey underground parking

• Earthquake Design requirements to suit stages building construction
• High lateral wind forces due to coastal exposure
• High corrosivity due to coastal exposure

• Jointed reinforced concrete basement slabs
