- Covered outdoor learning areas.
Challenge Faced / Engineering Problem Solved:
- Variable founding depths required detailed pier and pile assessment
- Limitation of shear walls or vertical bracing to enable open plan learning spaces
- Large cantilever roof areas and limitation on structural steel solved using Aramax roof system
