The development comprised a 2 to 3 storeys building comprising:

• Office and administration facilities
• Multiple learning areas and amenities
• Covered outdoor learning areas.

Challenge Faced / Engineering Problem Solved:

• Variable founding depths required detailed pier and pile assessment
• Limitation of shear walls or vertical bracing to enable open plan learning spaces
• Large cantilever roof areas and limitation on structural steel solved using Aramax roof system
