- Outdoor tiered seating and concourse walkways
- Long-span cantilevered roof structure from pavilion over the tiered seating

- Flood water pressure design on structure
- High lateral wind forces due to large outdoor cantilever roof
- High corrosivity due to coastal exposure

- Precast and pre-stressed concrete seating planks
- In-situ concrete concourse slabs and beams
- In-situ concrete raft slabs at ground floor, supported on timber piles
