Wickham Waterfront

This development at Wickham involved full re-development of the site, with the construction of a new multi-storey commercial development with ground floor carparking. MPC were contracted by Buildev Group to provide design, documentation and construction phase services for the project based on using a combination of precast elements, structural steel framing and conventional reinforced concrete structures.
