Tower Estate Winery

This project involved the addition of a recreation area to the recently constructed lodge facility of the winery, including a gymnasium, sauna and pool area. Structural and civil design services were provided by MPC and included the design of tall cantilevered reinforced masonry piers for perimeter walls, foundation design for reactive clays, and exposed timber roof structure. Design of the central reinforced concrete pool was also provided by MPC.
