Pacific Blue Resort

This residential and commercial development at Salamander Bay involved full re-development of the site, with the construction of new apartments and villas surrounding a continuous 480m long reinforced concrete pool. MPC were contracted to provide design and documentation services for all new apartments and villas, plus modifications and extensions to existing buildings. MPC provided full structural and civil engineering design including road and stormwater design services for this $50 million project.
