NIB Consulting Suites, Rankin Park

This project involved the construction of a new commercial medical facility. The building is located within the campus of the John Hunter Hospital adjacent to the NIB Private Hospital and houses medical specialist practices. The new building comprises a multi level reinforced concrete framed structure. To comply with the clients criteria of column-free tenancies, long spanning reinforced concrete flat slabs were designed. The column grid was strategically arranged to minimise load transfer structures and to maximize cost efficiency of construction. MPC design intent to all multilevel commercial tenancy buildings is to provide cost efficient structural design that meets the clients brief.
