This project involved alterations and additions to the existing club. Stage 1 of the developments included modifications and additions to the existing club. MPC’s services included full investigation and documentation of the existing club structure to allow for clear interpretation of the new additions. The new club extensions included: increased poker machine and smokers deck areas New administration and office facilities New function rooms, bar facilities and outdoor deck areas. New lift and access facilities The structural design included structural steel trusses to enable clear spanning of function areas and large spans over existing function rooms that were not being upgraded. The design and documentation allowed for a staged approach to both minimising trading disruption to the club and to suit the clubs budget requirements. MPC’s design intent for all alterations and additions projects is to design solutions that allow for both current and future functionality.
