MPC were contracted by Hunter New England Health Services through Kemp Consulting Pty Ltd in conjunction with Schreiber Hamilton Architecture to provide structural and civil design services for this two storey development.

Structural concept design of the development includes using a suspended ground floor slab on precast concrete piles with a banded slab suspended first floor. The roof structure is proposed to be designed using full structural steel framing.

MPC have also provided concept civil stormwater design services for the development including providing site harvesting and detention facilities for all storms up to the 1 in 100 year event.
